WHERE DANCE TAKES FLIGHT

Discover your wings, build a stronger body, break a sweat, engage your brain, dance, make new friends, and turn fears into FIERCE!  We're proving that fitness can be incredibly fun, and we can't wait to welcome you to our world – where every class is an adventure!

In AIREDANSE classes you will learn our breathtaking solo and duet choreography utilizing state-of-the-art aerial hammocks that allow endless opportunity for stunning wraps, climbs, spins and dives. While still very challenging, hammock is one of easiest aerial fabric modalities to learn while building core strength, honing leg engagement, and perfecting movement technique.

AIREDANSE is primarily focused on training movement enthusiasts and dancers for aerial performances. We offer a few adult and youth recreational classes weekly that will expose you to AIREDANSE skills, build strength and learn aerial navigation techniques. Performance members attend special choreography workshops outside our recreational class schedule in preparation for upcoming events.

LAUREN BREESE | AIREDANSE Director, Choreographer, Instructor

A lifelong dancer, Lauren took to the air lured by the beauty of aerial dance. Her playful teaching approach helps students discover their strength, beauty and power in the air while connecting breath and movement with music. As founder and director of AIREDANSE, she regularly choreographs and performs in Santa Barbara dance productions. Her passion is creating entertaining dance fusions incorporating aerial, contemporary and other dance genres. Lauren is also certified in Yoga, and uses her knowledge to help students cultivate a stronger mind-body connection while understanding the mechanics of movement.
